Performed day-to-day CO+I Data Center Security Operations in the Security Operations Center. Issued tasks to security/screening officers, post duties, site assignments for respective shifts, and maintained wellness for entire site team with hour-to-hour welfare checks. Issued badges to incoming vendors, contractors, technicians and other temporary site workers. DCAT creation/termination. Troubleshooting building issues, customer issues and PC issues over the phone, in-person or via MS Teams. Controlled site access via gates, fingerprint, iris, and badge scanner entryways. Enacted safety regulations on a regular basis, promoting a sense of self and team safety each shift.

Light industrial maintenance, preventative/routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and diagnostics for repairs/scheduling repairs, and performing building inspections. Other duties include reading blueprints/schematics/diagrams for wiring, piping and engineering to perform diagnostic repairs. Performed calibration of various critical environment equipment, boilers, hot water systems, gas/heating equipment and food service equipment.

Performed steel stud framing, floor installs, and painting projects. Safely operated forklift and tugger heavy equipment; as well as hand tools. Continuously ensured self and team safety at all times during use of these tools
