Design and build of mechanical test rigs to fault find and minimise down time when completing large projects on production plant.Testing of new installations prior to handover to ensure minimal downtime.Installing new and modifying current pipe work systems to allow for product changes and new equipment.Working alone and also alongside Nestle technicians/engineers. Work includes installations, repairs and modification of ovens, conveyors, pumps, compressors, process pipework systems and many other examples of production based manufacturing machinery. Maintenance work includes inspections, replacement and repairs of motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps and conveyor/product transfer assemblies etc. All work carried out under a LOTO isolation procedure.
