Operations Manager:– Oversee and manage the development and support of Braven Creative processes– Hire, onboard, integrate and supervise new employees for team success– Manage Monday.com, Slack, and G Suite processes– Prospective client lead generation and outreach supportFinancial and Client Account Operations:– Manage employee client time reporting and access profitability of services– Plan, monitor, and analyze key day-to-day metrics to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks– Maintain and/or ensure accuracy of client records related to billing/invoicing– Client point of contact for all questions and concerns related to billing/invoicing– Responsible for all aspects of data entry and maintenance of Quickbooks software– Complete accounts receivable data entry, invoice creation, collection, and reconciliation– Coordinate payroll with the assistance of an outside payroll software– Prepare and interpret financial analysis monthly using Quickbooks and ExcelMarketing Support:- Entry-level social media management: platform management and scheduling, post development, and data pulls - Entry-level Facebook Ads management: campaign building, budget setting, and monitoring, and ad creation support- Entry-level Klaviyo management: platform management, campaign and automation development, scheduling, and reporting
