Although I didn't finish my tourism management degree, I have always been interested in the tourism. I thrive in a busy work environments as well as quiet. Everyday I am greeting and dealing with different people, while trying to build a loyal relationships with clients from all around the world. I use modules I learned through my 2 years in travel and tourism management to the best of my ability. I find it very rewarding gaining more experience on a day to day basis. My day to day consists of ~ booking clients by phone or email, and through third party websites such booking.com or Expedia.~ preparing bills and taking payments.~allocating rooms along with their keys for clients. ~Answering questions about the hotel and Tralee itself. Also dealing with special request for specific clients.

Working part time from 2013 and full time for in September 2014, I have duties of continuous stock intake and outtake management for the deli and some store floor products. I completed a level 5 HACCUP course in aid of my occupation to improve my standard of hygiene management. Along with using my customer service skills and advice to boost sales and customer satisfaction on a daily basis, on and out of the store.

My role as a waitress is to focus on customer satisfaction and managaing the hygiene and set up of the café.
