A longstanding and much-loved tradition, Desert Harmony Festival brings the Barkly’s diverse population together on Warumungu Country with community-focused programming that platforms local artists alongside nationally renowned acts. The program is designed with the local community in mind, although it also attracts tourists from around the Country.

MusicNT is the peak body for contemporary music in the Northern Territory. It has a membership base of 3500 individuals and delivers programs across the Territory and across the country. MusicNT’s mission is to support the growth and development of the contemporary music industry in the Northern Territory and we do that through a suite of programs that support and encourage NT musicians to create and export their music to the world as well as working to grow the NT music industry.
