As an engineer, Mr. Gregory designed and deployed storage platforms, built scalable web infrastructure solutions, and constructed wide area networks. With his deep knowledge and background in the computer science and networking fields, Mr. Gregory frequently assists clients in navigating particularly complex technologies through the patent drafting and prosecution process. He has drafted over fifty original patent applications for U.S. clients, prosecuted hundreds of other patent applications, and prepared opinions of counsel. Mr. Gregory is a Member of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
