I was responsible for filing, sorting and organising invoices and delivery notes of the company, so that they are ready to be audited. Additionally I was assisting the branch manager with any filing of cash sales and employer records, for example driver logs.

I worked at the firm as an administrator, directly reporting to the company's director; managing and organising business contracts and regulatory documents; scheduling client and team meetings.

I was part of the activities team, liaison with an Activities Coordinator. I utilised strong and tailored communication skills to deliver professional and empathetic information to various patients and their families. Patient happiness was my main priority, and I achieved this using correct mannerisms and showing empathy when dealing with them. One example of delivering patient happiness was when it came to creating items together with the patients. I kept constant communication with them by empathising with their struggles in completing the assignments and being patient with them. It helped build trust and alleviate stress between the patients and me.
