Develop and communicate CUB's strategy and deliver strategic projects across broad teams, including:- Leading the integration of Riot Wine Co into CUB- Leading multiple streams of the integration of Balter into CUB- Developed the Business case, proposal materials and Governance framework for a first-of-its-kind strategic partnership between CUB and a major media company- Worked with team members across functions to consolidate and scope ideas for New Sources of Growth (total ~$200M in Revenue) - Supported 1YP Marketing Planning across Beer, Cider, RTDs and Non-Alcoholic Beer. This included driving the Craft Pricing Strategy- Supported development of the 10 year Business Strategy, identifying macro trends, international benchmarks and Asahi/CUB capabilities to develop focused recommendations- Developed a model from the ground-up to understand CUB's profit pools. Involved consolidating multiple sources of incomplete data across the entire business and making manual adjustments as required, maintaining transparency across the entire process to inform sales planning- Led the development of the CUB Premium Beverages Health & Wellbeing Strategy, focused on articulating how to win in a world that is more health conscious than ever before- Developed a model (and presentation) to provide a 10 year forecast of cans/bottle requirements to inform supply chain capex investment- Led the analysis and communication of a 10 year partnership between CUB and a major sponsor partner, resulting in the signing of a 10 year deal- development and delivered training across powerpoint and excel, focusing on how to effectively tell a story to Senior stakeholdersI also lead the Water Stewardship Committee, identifying opportunities to reduce water usage and better utilise waste water.
