Putting Architects, Designers, Clients and Consultants in touch with our team who can advise on our Passive House (or Passivhaus) systems we have ready for new projects. I also support our Supply Chain Partners. This involves searching databases and information services, tracking all new and existing leads and opportunities via email and telephone, and uploading all data onto and managing our internal CRM system. Information to our managers is vital in giving us the edge required in this industry, In an increasingly competitive market.Previously I had worked as an Architectural Advisor. This entailed office and site visits with Architects and other construction professionals offering technical advice on our glazing systems. From this NBS specification contract documents, U value and ventilation calculations are prepared. There would also be the following up of projects and meetings with our customers ensuring they are aware of upcoming and existing opportunities. Managing these projects via our CRM, keeping all data up to date and current. I also presented our RIBA accredited CPD seminars for construction professionals.Previously to these positions I had worked as an Assistant Commercial Manager for a architectural aluminium glazing contractor. Receiving enquiries from main contractors, reviewing the glazing package I would input the information into software packages for estimation. I would follow up these quotations and If successful I would order materials - aluminium profile, glass, ironmongery etc. Subcontracts would need managing and this would involve measuring, but also site visits and correspondence. I would also have dealt with monthly valuations and payments.
