Key Achievements• Facilitated Balance Scorecard workshops allowing my teams to view and assess all aspects of the business, and further enabled us to set initiatives and track associated KPIs. This process revealed areas of focus in development practices and sales pipelines and enabled us to focus on culture and ongoing learning.• Managed all aspects of workflow from client engagement to the first stage of delivery, involving initial workshops and user-requirement gathering. This enabled the business to acquire feedback from clients during early project phases, reducing time costs dedicated by the development team.• Managed and professionally developed two teams focussed on the Quality System and Document Management system respectively. These teams previously consisted of only one developer in each as well as a Quality representative with systems analysis experience. I recruited talent to increase the size of these teams by up to three developers in each to support the DevOps Initiative to effectively monitor each team and provide instant feedback. I also directed the Lead Development concurrently in the development of a new product assisting the creation of forms and workflow using drag-and-drop elements, which has become an essential tool for client workshops and the foundation for system configurations.• Reduced delivery from three months to a six-to-eight week cycle on average for modules with an 85 per cent reduction in repeatable errors. The above achievements are still ongoing transformations with daily improvement updates.

Key Achievements• Entered the business within three months of its registration and supported senior management in the development of governance and strategy for internal processes. During the first two years of my role, the business was continuously undergoing staff restructures, resulting in myself at times being the only developer and SharePoint specialist whilst managing other business functions concurrently.• Appointed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for developing Quality Systems.• Secured the business’ first client in the Pharmaceutical industry and subsequently delivered the first business module for the client project, enabling it to meet regulatory requirements and improve process efficiency. This was achieved by bringing transparency to processes and providing actionable data for feedback.• Developed and implemented the business’ management system, including forms and action-based workflow with notifications, automated review periods, and overdue action escalation. • Expanded the business’ services into Records Management tools, including the uploading and routing of records based on selected metadata. This included managing the workflow of Word forms to be accurately declared as records and routed to a Record Centre upon completion.• Developed and implemented BI reports to report on the above process and track internal trends. This BI report system to this day remains a key continuous improvement tool for tracking system efficiency and performance.• Identified key areas of the business that were lacking in efficiency: slow customisation development, error- prone deployments, no standardised testing of architecture, and delivery delays. I attended a number of SharePoint conferences and engaged with SharePoint developers to source modern development processes, and subsequently developed and implemented a new development and deployment model for best practices implementing modern front-end development tools and frameworks.
