Role Responsibilities• Development of strategic direction for Marketing, advertising, promotional programs to grow market share of The Butcher in Singapore.• Liaise with local campaign and advertising businesses to develop brand development strategies for The Butcher Singapore.• Tracking social media for feedback on business services and development of strategies.• Management of manufacturing operations • Management of Retail, Home Delivery and On-Line Operations • Recruitment, training and management of employees (40+) • Business Development - preparation of business plans, budgets and forecasting• Financial Operations - price setting, profitability and growth projections, budget development • New Product Development • Stock take, stock control and ordering for the business operations • Supply Chain Management from suppliers to consumers • Management of complaints through to resolution • Staff rostering for all business units Key Achievements - • Developed marketing programs to build brand recognition in the Singapore market.• Responsible for creation and implementation of strategy of which grew the business sales 16%• Reduced staff costs by 6% • Negotiated deals with key suppliers to increase The Butcher's profit margins
