I'm a RICS certified realtor, currently working in the Capital Markets team at Sotheby's, where I excel in catering to the distinctive transaction needs of high-end clientele in both residential and commercial (capital markets) segments. My major focus area involves handling transactions happening in prime office & retail spaces and on huge land parcels (industrial & warehousing spaces) across Tier I cities of India.I recently completed my MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure from RICS School of Built Environment, further enhancing my understanding of industry dynamics and emerging trends.
