My core responsibilities include:Drafting comprehensive reports and estimating key financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets, to assess the financial health and eligibility of clients applying for loans.Reconciling processed financial data by comparing initial estimates of P&L and balance sheets with audited financial reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the financial evaluation process.Finalizing detailed financial reports and submitting them to the respective banks or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) for loan approval and processing.Delivering training programs for newly joined analysts, helping them develop the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.
