Zinkan’s water treatment division, ChemREADY, delivers a single source for chemical and equipment solutions to improve their customers’ operations and processes. We provide field-proven, total water treatment solutions engineered to each customer’s specific application. In my role as Account Manager, I provide chemicals to treat water for more efficient use of boiler, cooling towers and closed loop systems and additionally run regular tests on them to ensure water quality. I independently manage a portfolio of customers, making sure that they get the best customer experience. I regularly asses their needs and help them find the right solutions for their needs. By building trust and great relationships with my customers, I also manage to increase sales and overall customer loyalty.

In this role, I got to use my problem solving skills on a daily basis, identifying problems and creating innovative solutions. I also provided leadership to a team and was responsible for managing their work at the job sites. Always making sure that every job was completed to the full satisfaction of our customers. This job included a lot of heavy lifting, but also a lot of technical skills to install, inspect and repair pumps and test water samples to make sure they will pass inspections.
