Following graduation from Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences I embraced the freedom that comes along with post grad life and traveled throughout Central and South America as a volunteer. The experience was rewarding in more ways than I could have hoped for and instilled in me a love for community, language, culture, nature, food, collaboration, art, and personal independence as well as an appreciation for well-maintained infrastructure. Since returning to the United States, I have volunteered for several organizations including La Familia/ The Family Center, The City of Fort Collins Healthy Homes program, and EPA and NIOSH-funded projects at CSU. I cherish the opportunity to positively impact my community and intend to continue these activities. I began working at MSC Safety Solutions in September of 2018. My work environment is very dynamic and rewarding, every day is a little adventure. I meet new clients on a daily basis and must use problem solving skills to deliver the best consultation services possible. Between climbing cranes, testing fall rescue equipment, conducting respiratory training for cannabis extraction companies, and writing safety policies for some of the most prominent construction companies in Colorado, it is hard to get bored at MSC Safety Solutions! I am thankful for the opportunity to work as a safety professional for this great company.
