In my District Manager role I managed 11 Independent Business Owners. I led the sales and delivery of all Independent and National accounts. I was responsible for leading the IBO team to drive sales growth and revenue. Year to date my district had grown double digit growth (11%) in overall sales and led my zone in revenue growth.In this role I created a notebook for each of my IBO reps to help them keep organized with the communication I gave them each week. This led to a good line of communication with each rep allowing my district to lead the way in innovation roll outs and market place execution.
