Responsible for performing installations, additional outlets, reconnects, change of service, and troubleshooting from customer premise equipment (CPE) to tap for routine multi-product and bundledinstallations for residential customers in accordance with Comcast procedures and practices.

· Accurately identify issues and provide resolution for email, security software, high speed internet (DSL) and home phone connectivity issues, wireless support, and customer education.· Demonstrate a consistently friendly, helpful attitude, empathy and patience while promptly resolving technical issues.· Technicians are encouraged to proactively offer and/or upgrade customer's current CenturyLink services to ensure that customers are taking advantage of products and services that are available to meet their needs. Referral bonus programs are in place for completed sales.
