The majority of these properties have been completely rehabbed from vacant status or purchased as a distressed sale. Assembled investment group and structured financing for the purchase of 13 luxury townhomes in Saint Paul. Handled all aspects of property management as well as investor relations during the five years of ownership. Divested at the five year time period due to favorable market conditions. Limited partners enjoyed over 20% annualized return on their original investment.

Spent 13 years as a derivatives trader for a large proprietary trading firm based in Chicago, IL. Spent time on the trading desk in Chicago, London and Minneapolis. Developed trading strategies in a variety of financial markets including; US Gov't bonds, US and European stock futures and physical commodity markets.

Worked in the profit enhancement group of the bank consulting sector. Worked on improving profitability and product offerings for local, regional and national banks. Was responsible for the site selection of over a dozen new bank branches in the midwest.

Worked in sales for the Men's Athletic department in the areas of group ticket sales, corporate sponsorships, radio and print advertising and luxury suites.
