We have accomplished, knowledgeable and qualified personnel with over fifteen years of experience working on several resorts, commercial, health, luxury and low-income residential projects in Grenada, St. Vincent, Barbados, St. Lucia, Turks & Caicos and the British Virgin Islands. Hackett Consulting has had many projects throughout the region, from the hundreds of thousands to the multi-million dollar range. Our services encompass the valuation of properties, preparation of construction estimates and cost plans required by financial institutions and the preparation, reviewing and monitoring of both pre and post-contract documents (bills of quantities, contract agreement, final accounts etc.)
