I am an experienced data analyst with a diverse background. In prior positions, I have interfaced with IT, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Sales departments to produce in depth analysis of company programs, pricing, and contracts as well as managing commissions for a national sales team with more than one hundred members. I was responsible for Modeling new programs based on historical data and analyzing profitability after completion. I am always in search of a better way to accomplish reporting and analysis faster and more efficiently to give decision makers access to Key Performance Indicators. With my background as an educator, I am able to clearly communicate best practices and procedures for those working with analysis tools as well as findings from complex data sets. I was an Administrator for SalesForce.com for several years and specialized in Data Management, Customization, and Report and Dashboard creation.
