Developed my understanding of fair housing guidelines and property management, thanks to the hands-on approach from CIG. My proactive approach extended to building strong relationships with prospects, resulting in a notable 101 move-ins within 100 days at our peak leasing period. Effectively managed resident affairs and events fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for my residents. Furthermore, I seamlessly adapted to a change in the company's management software, ensuring a smooth transition for our team. My dedication to the property was unwavering, as I continued to excel in my role even through the property sale to a third party, demonstrating commitment and resilience in the face of change.
