I have over 25 years working within the Architectural/Design and Construction Community. Throughout my tenure I have worked on numerous projects big and small. Those projects consist of single-family residences, retail tenant fit-outs, corporate office fit-outs, corporate office buildings, big box retail, quick service restaurants, retail pharmacy chains, schools (K-12), medical office fit-outs, dental offices, and property assessments. My experience includes all aspects of the architectural/design and construction process; building survey's and documentation, concept/ schematic design, planning and zoning hearings, permitting, preparation of permit/ construction documents, managing a design team, construction administration, budgets, scheduling, bid review, contract negotiations, punch list walks, writing construction reports, and final closeout.
