Provide spiritual care and grief support for hospice patients and those who love them.

Work with churches and church leaders across the USA to ensure local congregations have access to the resources they need to succeed in their ministry efforts. Activities include recording and distributing video and audio of special programs that will edify the churches of the NACCC, and the coordination of others' efforts to do the same. I have also played a role in shaping the direction of the organization going forward, including the launching of major initiatives to carry on the founders' legacies.

Responsible for informing the community about the need for Guardian ad Litem volunteers and onboarding interested volunteers through the application process. Presentations include groups large and small, in person and through various video conferencing platforms.

Administrate support efforts for 950 volunteers in Hillsborough County, and coordinate official communications from administration to volunteers.

Responsible for managing as many as 30 volunteers and the cases they work, communicating with parents, caregivers, service providers, and other professionals in the system to ensure the best interests of the children are being met. Also responsible for maintaining legal files, coordinating advocacy efforts with attorneys, and helping to develop legal strategies when necessary.

Worked as a writer, producing website content that is optimized for search engines. My job was to boost search result rankings for clients located around the world by thoroughly researching relevant search terms and producing content for the client’s web page that results in maximum visibility on results returned by search engines such as Google and Bing.

Located and motivated therapists in Wisconsin, Ohio, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Wyoming to work with special-needs children who attend a virtual charter school. Worked with special needs families to discover the exact needs of the child, and developed relationships with those families to ensure the child’s success.

Led worship services, taught Bible classes, oversaw church office administration, conducted in-home visitations, baptisms, and funerals. Offered guidance and counsel to many daily visitors to the church office. Managed 26 day care staff.

Served as solo pastor, responsible for worship, education, church office administration, visitations, baptisms, funerals, etc. Resurrected a strong, vibrant teaching ministry. Added 70 new members to the church during my years as minister, and oversaw the spiritual growth of the congregation, marked most notably by the substantial increase in mission giving and hands-on community
