Managed and evaluated resources, created and monitored manufacturing KPIs, communicated weekly and monthly reports to senior management and facilitated safety & competency training.

Process’s any engineering changes on existing work orders and parts in stock. Initiates quality notifications for any issues found during construction. Collects manpower data and forecasts a capacity plan for management to review. Works closely with quality / supply chain personnel to ensure timely delivery and inspection of all materials needed for manufacturing. Prepares a detailed schedule for multiple production areas to ensure all work orders are acknowledged and processed.

Directly interacts with vendors to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate locations. Handle any delivery inconsistencies or delays as well as quality issues. Evaluate vendor performance with focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery. Assist the Quality department by obtaining missing paperwork to complete project data books. Compile HSE information on our vendors and suppliers. Ensure that our vendors conduct their business with an HSE mindset.
