-Manage, lead, and develop all internal clinical and operational staff -Adhere to and promote company policies and procedures -Responsible for gaining new customers and market penetration as well as sales and contract acquisitions by creating strategic sales plans -Member of the Governing Body -Responsible for fiscal planning, budgeting, and management to maintain adequate cost controls -Establish and maintain offices quality improvement program -Responsible for compliant management of patient care from referral through discharge -Oversee the handling of patient and employee complaints and is responsible for timely response to grievances
