Shawna was promoted from Monitor's entry-level consultant position through the ranks to manage projects in just over three years, considerably faster than the projected career path which expects this transition to take 5+ years.When she first joined Monitor as a consultant, Shawna was responsible for performing high-quality analysis and identifying implications for component parts of a defined client problem, and for communicating these findings to colleagues and clients in a clear and structured manner. Over time, as she was promoted, she assumed increasing responsibility for the intellectual agenda and the commercial aspects of client engagements. Monitor was acquired by Deloitte Consulting in 2013.
