With four college degrees, working on my fifth, a technical degree in Satellite Communications Engineering, 12 years with the American Red Cross, and 15 years of experience with the Department of Defense, plus growing up on a farm, I am the epitome (example) of a diverse background. Which has also supported why my business and my philosophies are inclusive of all people. We all bleed red. I would not consider myself an expert in any one or two areas. But, I am very knowledgeable in a vast number of areas from trades (welding, plumbing, electrical, environmental, safety & health etc) to more white collar things such as leadership, training, Program Management, Systems Engineering, Tiger Teams, Psychology, trauma informed leadership, psychology of leadership and starting to learn about Healthcare Administration (HCA). Before I acquired a lot of life experience and my college degrees, the military tested my ability to be handed something and understand how it works. The test score was 98%.
