In a new role, providing leadership to all finance and operations verticals in our thriving and game-changing organization. While continuing to provide leadership to the fundraising efforts of ReFED, I will also provide visionary leadership to our development in human resources, staff development, and financial management.

ReFED is the national nonprofit organization working to reduce food waste through market-driven solutions at every stage of the food system. Food waste is a crisis in our country, with over 38% of all food produced in the U.S. ending up in landfills. This is alarming in and of itself, but adding to this the reality that over 40 million people are food insecure in our nation, it is clear we must do better. As the first national Director of Development for the organization, I am working to build the philanthropic support and fundraising and organizational infrastructure to address this critical issue in our country. Serve as a member of the organization's Leadership Team, bringing skills and experience to the continuing development of the organization.
