Current- Manage the planning and implementation of strategic and creative advertising for internal and external marketing, including media buy scheduling, brand management, and community activation for over 42 small-format.
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for emerging markets while working closely with joint-venture partners to align on brand, messaging and overarching marketing tactics
- Leverage consumer market research to evaluate demographics and economic data to determine target customer segments that support the marketing strategy and campaign messaging through multichannel advertising mediums
- Oversee marketing spend within operating budget parameters and report performance against goals and relevant metrics to Senior Leadership with a heavy focus on marketing ROI
- Steadily monitor hospital patient volume in low-performing markets to produce heavy-up advertising campaigns on an as-needed basis
- Develop and execute up to 150 direct contact campaigns per year with distinct and strategic design hyper-targeted for the hospitals market demographics
