Facilitated over 550 hours to 75 students annually on all phases of Construction with 100% successfully completing the course for the last 5 years.Coordinated 20 outside instructors to fill in on a 26 week schedule without any conflicts.Prepared the financial forecast for the company’s maintenance and supply programs ensuring all training was completed as scheduled and under budget.Implemented innovative changes to 135 outdated lessons bringing the curriculum to current expectations of the entire Army.

Supervised maintenance of over $20 million worth of equipment essential to saving lives and improving the health force in very austere environment.Maintained a 98% fully mission capable status for a $2 million fleet of 63 vehicles from six different locations.Evaluated five proposals for a new contract for housekeeping valued at $870,000 and the coordination of an Operations and Maintenance contract valued at $3 million both without loss of service and corrected deficiencies from a previous contract.Maintained 18 facilities, ensuring 6 were ready to receive different units from deployments and all critical infrastructures were up to date and properly installed to make a seamless transition for returning Soldiers.

Established open communication with the Department of Public Works which led to troop construction projects, saving the government over $150,000 in Airfield and Topographical Surveys.Directed electrical specialists to over 30 different locations in Northern Iraq bringing all sites in compliance to National Electric Code standards for the safety of all Soldiers and civilians.
