Oversee strategic direction of all API Global Industry Services revenue-generating programs. Develop, direct and guide strategies to strengthen and grow business offerings, working in coordination with other GIS programs and Segments and with other external partners. Use market research and customer feedback to develop growth strategies that both expand the business and fulfill member/client needs. Lead external relationship cultivation to expand API’s international business reach. Develop and direct a strategy for execution of program offerings, including the launch of new tools, processes and other innovative methods of service delivery.

-Manage portfolio of projects to ensure that they are in line with API's business needs and prioritized to according to API’s mission statement-Coordinating GIS's operational excellence activities as a part of an ongoing business transformation initiative -Ushering projects through a formal approval process, establishing realistic timelines to achieve project deliverables and monitoring projects to ensure that they stay on time and on budget-Serving as the primary business-side liaison with the organization's IT project management office-Assisting with the innovation and incubation of new program development and integrating these programs into GIS’s existing portfolio

- Project Manager for line-of-business web development project critical to the operation of a revenue generating program exceeding $20 million per year- Mediate stakeholder discussions on development priorities- Subject matter expert for association management system development- Developed and implemented new certification program for oil well service providers- Created and executed plan to transition 4000 manufacturing organizations to a more rigorous management system standard- Manage audit operations for API’s Monogram, ISO 9001, Q1 and Q2 certification programs- Negotiate, establish, and maintain contracts for approximately 175 third party auditors on a global basis- Responsible for ensuring accurate processing of audit invoices and client bills in excess of $1 million per month- Represent and promote API objectives at subcommittee task groups, industry conferences and trade shows - Supervise professional and administrative staff performing program support duties

- Primary liaison between contract auditors and licensed facilities- Coordinate auditor evaluation and training- Recruit, qualify and approve new auditor candidates- Schedule, plan and track certification audits as per accreditation requirements- Develop and maintain API auditor website- Manage outsourced audit related IT projects- Plan and execute biennial auditor conference

- Manage royalty payments, sales and inventory reports from distributors- Steer contracts through approval process - Register new documents for copyright - Process requests to reproduce intellectual property- Lead team on improving administrative processes and operational efficiencies - Process publication inquiries and general customer service activities
