I have received my Biology Major Degree at the University of Utah.Some of the labs that I have taken were Evolution and Diversity, Human Physiology, and two General Chemistry labs. The equipment that I mostly used were microscopes, ECG machines, Bunsen Burners, and a machine that could read emission, light spectroscopy, and pH levels. I have also become very proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  As a Lab Assistant, I work with the Lab Operations team and help manage the inventory for the laboratories. I assist in monitoring and managing lab equipment, stock the laboratory stock rooms, and deliver and inform scientists that their packages have arrived. I also ship packages out, which can be lab equipment or demos that needs to be repaired or returned and samples, plates, or compounds. I check on the fridges and freezers, looking to see if they are at the proper temperature and for frost build up, oversee the delivery and refill of liquid nitrogen, and check carbon dioxide levels on tanks and lab equipment.
