Hi!!  My name is Shawndra Young. I have decided to relocate my career here to Georgia  from Chicago.  I have been a dental assistant for 12 years now. I have  experience working with general, orthodontic, periodontics, endodontic , and  pediatric dentist; as well as being in a leadership position; I have been a clinical director and lead assistant in previous positions. I am also fully crossed trained.I am well known for being bubbly, always smiling, a team player, self driven, punctual, ethical, reliable, confident in my work ethics, great at communicating dental information to patients where they are able to comprehend and duplicate, I have awesome people skills, I learn quickly in a fast pace environment and appreciate the environment being fast paced, but I can also work well with the flow of a slower paced office. I am very clean, organized, and believe in treating my office like home. I am kind and sensitive to all my patients and colleagues, I take pride in what I do and I never leave a job without it being well done. I understand the concept of being experinced, but knowing that each office should be treated within it's own entitiy. I am a free spirited person who has a talent for communicating and making people comfortable! I am looking for a  part time position in an office that is organized, friendly,believe in long term relationships with their employees, ethical, diplomatic,and has room for their employees to grow.
