I have worked in the professional agency space for over two decades, holding a myriad of positions, including Customer Service Agent, Designer, HTML Architect, Web Systems Engineer, Manager, and Director. Each of these roles has contributed to my unique understanding of business processes and shaping my philosophies around successful production cycles. I started my career in the creative space but eventually migrated to the engineering world for a more significant challenge and opportunity. The shift from creative to logical thinking was a road less traveled, but I believe the resulting experiences have coalesced into a career that has been rich and rewarding. Today I leverage my creative past to find solutions where others may not look. And where some may see problems, I often see opportunity.I challenge myself constantly and consider complacency as the killer of growth. I thrive around those that love life and who understand the importance of teamwork. I speak clearly and with a calm demeanor. I am infectiously enthusiastic and can discuss technical topics intelligibly with clients or staff.I lead through humility and by example. My team knows I am not above doing menial tasks or anything I would ask them to do. I know how and when to get my hands dirty and live in the trenches with my team.
