Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining and installing automation equipment, as well as modifying PLC programming and related equipment to improve various plant processes, and integration of new equipment with existing plant and SCADA systems.

My responsibilities included taking on new projects or upgrading older equipment at natural gas measurement and regulation stations. This included researching and upgrading technology, remote communications, and work flow. My goal was to accomplish all tasks given to me safely, neatly, accurately and thoroughly within a specified deadline. Duties also included verifying and calibrating instruments, driving long distances, making material purchases, installing and updating software and hardware on laptop field computers, and training other techs on the use and operation of new equipment and software.

My responsibilities included imaging and preparing new laptop and desktop PCs. I was also responsible for answering help desk calls and tickets, which included working with co-workers to troubleshoot, fix, or install hardware and software for their work computers as needed. I also worked on developing and fine-tuning workflow processes for re-building and imaging desktop and laptop computers for the company.

My responsibilities included (but were not limited to) working the front check-out counter, performing water tests for walk in customers, answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate department, advising customers on pool and spa care and chemical usage, greeting customers and directing them to equipment, chemicals, or sales clerks as they entered the store, and stocking product throughout the store. I was also trusted with handling and counting cash in the registers and performing opening and closing duties on a daily basis. On the side, I repaired and trouble-shot hot tub and above ground pool equipment and control units, and also repaired and trouble-shot tanning bed equipment. Other responsibilities included operating a forklift, unloading trucks, and stocking product in the warehouse.
