*Responsible for leading two separate assessment audits for the entire scope of Iraq LOGCAP III. The leadership role included all audit preparations, training of personnel prior to deployment, logistical movements across theater, oversight of the actual day to day activities, developing and briefing the final report to senior Vice President of the organization along with all levels of leadership in Iraq in accordance with ISO19011 guidelines. *Developed an automated system for collecting audit data on a daily basis. This enabled the team to produce a detailed report within 6 days.
