• Manage 4 different products with both internal and external facing modules• Engage Operation Transformation Team, Subject Matter Experts and End Users via Product Workshops to understand the direction and pain-points faced.• Craft out user stories and acceptance criteria for each product, and validate them with the various stakeholders• Produce a prioritised product backlog via product backlog grooming and prioritisation exercises• Produce UX wireframes for initial conceptualization of product• Craft out and execute product adoption strategy• Participate in management reporting to C-suite to update on product development progress• Play an integral role in the Agile development process to explain user stories and key nuances to developers

- Primary project level liaison with clients, guiding them from the start of the project to go-live- Manage project scope and timeline to achieve on-time delivery- Engage clients in requirements gathering to understand their gaps and pain points- Perform process workflow simplification- Complete requirements analysis and brainstorm for customizations via Design Thinking Process- Lead user acceptance tests (UAT) with clients- Successfully implemented and onboarded: * 2 new clients to Motor claim ecosystem * 2 new clients to WICA claim product * Change Requests/Enhancements for existing clients.- Product Owner for WICA claim product, consistently updating the product to adhere to MOM regulations whilst improving usability and efficiency for claim processing teams- Work in tandem with the Technical teams to assess feasibility of enhancements/change requests- Manage integration project scope and timeline, work with Integration team for integration projects with MOM/clients- Explore usage of AI OCR to enhance product capabilities

- Understand the pain points of clients and analyse their requirements through user research- Improve the workflow of their processes in the new system- Design user-centric web experiences/systems in collaboration with the creative and technical teams to ensure feasibility- Conduct Usability Testing to assess the design and overall user experience

Learnt about the business process of Industry 4.0 and the changes Infineon is undertaking to achieve their goals.Produce training materials for their latest internal manufacturing system, RTD. This materials will be used to train Line staff on how to operate the new system. Also helped to document the development of the system and produce a documentation for it.
