The Qatar Depot Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day management and coordination of the Depot. The Depot Operations Manager rigorously manages the Depot Operations scope, schedule, and cost. This position, is based in Doha Qatar, has significant visibility and exposure to BG level customers within the QEADF and has extensive USG Senior Management visibility. The Depot Manager is required to demonstrate experience in international air defense training and advisory missions of the Patriot system; supporting both US and international programs, as well as demonstrate in-depth Program Management skills and knowledge, as-well-as, significant Patriot deployment & fielding experience in Middle Eastern countries. Additionally, The depot manager must demonstrate or have experience in managing a large team typically comprising of other managers and/or supervisors and experienced professionals. Lastly since the Depot operations Manager will be located in the Qatar and interfacing with a CONUS Based support team he or she must be able to operate using guidance and intent from a far in order to maintain the smooth operations of the Depot. The Depot Manager must possess significant Patriot Sustainment (Service/Maintenance and Depot) experience as well as Project Management experience.
