USOLN serves as an advocate for a safe, secure, and productive utility work environment and as a catalyst for the prevention of workplace-related incidents. • Responsible for researching, planning, developing, implementing, and growing the CUSP certification program Identified new opportunities in 2022 that resulted in significant new revenue streams for the USOLN. • Ensure that the CUSP certification is a valid and trusted credential within the utility industry.• Administer the application review and approval process using best practices to assess and determine the eligibility of candidates to take the CUSP exam.• Direct CUSP online exam administration including review and approval of the roster for each exam cohort and notification of results.• Oversee the CUSP recertification process to promote the continued competence of CUSP credential holders through continuing professional development.• Stay abreast of certification trends and best practices to continuously improve the CUSP certification.• Serve and support the CUSP community by building strong communications with individuals seeking to earn the credential, as well as assisting active credential holders in maintaining their credentials.• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide regular performance reviews of the CUSP program.• Participate in creating and delivering effective marketing/communications for the CUSP program.• Coordinate with the utility industry exam development team to produce and continuously improve the certification exams.

NAIFA-Texas is a 501(c)(6) state association with 1,500 members representing insurance and financial advisors and their professional interests. • Oversee a staff of two (all hired since my arrival) and manage an organization with a $500,000 budget. • Worked with volunteers to revise the organization’s core governance documents, including bylaws, strategic plan, and policies.• Helped the organization, chapters, and affiliates successfully navigate through a significant restructuring initiated by the national organization.• Revised accounting practices to ensure the proper segregation of accounting duties was achieved.• Put in place several new non-dues revenue programs with a goal of achieving 30% of annual revenue through non-dues revenue streams within the next two years. • Created new employee benefits program, including new employee handbook, as well as a new vacation and holiday structure.• Created new communication channels for members and prospective members, including key social media campaigns and a monthly digital newsletter.• Modernized and streamlined a cumbersome, in-person election process utilizing association voting software. • Put in place a state conference and regional events that received high marks by attendees for the quality of the educational content. The state conference generated net revenue for us, something that had not occurred in previous years.

CSHA is a 501(c)(6) statewide association with over 4,000 members representing speech-language pathologists, audiologists, speech-language pathology assistants and their professional interests. The CSHA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization providing scholarships to graduate students pursuing careers in communicative disorders, as well as promoting Better Hearing and Speech Month activities throughout California.As executive director, manage the day-to-day activities of the association and provide strategic guidance to the organization's board of directors.• Developed a staff of five (all hired since my arrival) and manage an organization with a 1.4 million dollar budget. Grew budget from 1.2 million dollars to 1.5 million dollars within three fiscal years.• Work with accounting staff and Finance Committee to develop organization’s yearly budget; track all organizational revenue and expenses. In Fiscal Year 2014-2015, achieved 61.8% increase in actual revenue over projected revenue. • Created completely new employee benefits structure, including 401(k) retirement plan and new employee vacation and sick leave structure. Shopped the healthcare marketplace to put in place health insurance benefits that are competitive in today’s market, saving 58.9% in yearly premiums from insurance that was previously in place.• Working with volunteers to revise the organization’s key governance documents, including bylaws, strategic plan, and policies. • Working with volunteers to streamline the CSHA Foundation's scholarship application process. In 2015, saw scholarship donation levels quadruple from the previous year due to an innovative new fundraising campaign. • Held three successful and well-attended annual conventions in 2015, 2016 and 2017. In 2015, attendance was over 2,400 and in 2017, this number grew to over 3,000 attendees.

CAMFT is 501(c)(6) statewide association with over 30,000 members dedicated to representing marriage and family therapists and their professional interests. CAMFT’s Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization providing scholarships and grants to licensed marriage and family therapists and to those pursuing licensure. • Serve as the primary liaison between CAMFT and its 28 chapters throughout the state of California. Responsible for planning and running the annual Chapter Leadership Conference, with 100+ volunteer chapter leaders participating. Conduct face-to-face visits with chapter boards of directors each year. • Manage the Certified Supervisor Program, a statewide voluntary certification program for therapists. Spearheaded a recent review of the program, culminating in an update of the requirements and coursework, as well as an increase in the program’s visibility among members and non-members. • Serve as the staff liaison for the Honors, Scholarship, Trauma Response Network, and Certified Supervisor Program Committees, as well as the California Disaster Mental Health Coalition.• In 2012, created the Chapter Advisory Council, an advisory group made up of volunteer chapter leaders from throughout the state. The Council was formed to help foster communication between CAMFT and local chapters.• Supervise department staff and oversee assistance with chapter-related projects and activities.• Develop chapter relations and certification budgets; track revenue and expenses.• Serve on CAMFT’s marketing team, promoting the organization to potential members, as well as marriage and family therapists to the public. Participate in numerous exhibiting events throughout the year. The marketing team was responsible for launching the Mental Health Mobile campaign in 2011 that won the prestigious 2011 Silver Bernays Award and the 2012 Gold-Level Bulldog Media Relations Award for Excellence in Media and Publicity Campaigns.
