Grew budget from 1.2 million dollars to 1.5 million dollars within three fiscal years.• Work with accounting staff and Finance Committee to develop organization’s yearly budget; track all organizational revenue and expenses. In Fiscal Year 2014-2015, achieved 61.8% increase in actual revenue over projected revenue. • Created completely new employee benefits structure, including 401(k) retirement plan and new employee vacation and sick leave structure.
