Prepared and managed an annual operating budget specifically for the Support Services Division of $1 million.Oversaw all training programs for over 250 sworn and non-sworn personnel, including Basic Corrections Academy, In-Service, Maine Criminal Justice Academy Training, In-House Annual Training, and Field Training for Field Services and Corrections.Led and managed the Criminal Investigation Division comprised of a Lieutenant, Sergeant, 9 Criminal Investigators and 3 clerical support staff that are assigned to major crimes in Cumberland County.Oversaw initial stages of the CALEA Accreditation process for the Sheriff’s Office, where I attended CALEA Conference’s with a training emphasis on becoming the Sheriff’s Office Accreditation Manager.
