As Front Desk Staff I assist all of our current and future members with their various needs while at our club. This consists of opening new memberships, managing current membership information such as updating billing, changing addresses, and resolving any conflicts with membership. In addition, I help maintain the cleanliness of the club and the upkeep of our equipment. I work hard to build a relationship with our so that I can better encourage their fitness success.

As a Sales Associate, I assist our Financial Advisors in all aspects of prospective client data management which includes building lists of potential prospects in specific professional fields, the organization of our prospective client data to offer them more relevant information pertaining to their particular financial needs and goals. I contribute ideas and inputs during our daily red zone meetings where we discuss the prior week's performance and strategies to optimize our output going forward.

As a Transfer-Year Interest Group (TrIG) Mentor, I am able to advise and ease the many challenges/ difficulties that come with being a Transfer student at the University of Texas at Austin. This better places my mentees in a position where they can better enjoy and extract value from their time at the University.

Catered to event participants to enable them to enjoy the various food and activities provided. I had to quickly learn the event details, important information, and any particular procedures for each event as they were different events in different locations throughout Miami.

Welever is a company based on social impact. That created software that publicizes sustainability initiatives as well as tracks individuals, institutions, and NGO's progress.As one of their first two interns, I first worked to beta-test their app and website-- reporting bugs, suggesting improvements, and correcting any Spanish to English translation errors that should be made to the platform. Later, the work shifted towards explaining how to use the software to students, faculty, and administrators at Miami Dade College. I also represented Welever at different events for the county and city, getting others to better understand the platform and be able to implement it into their line of work.

As a Lifeguard, I was able to ensure the safety of all the instructors and students in the pool area. As I later became Swim Instructor, I taught students at different ability levels and ages how to navigate through the water safely and with correct form.
