• Developing Corporate Training Modules & Presentations (Branding, Marketing, Negotiation Techniques etc.) • Developing Training Outlines on Microsoft Excel (Data Cleaning, Mail, Merging, Conditional formatting etc.) • Assisting in Recruitment & Selection process, developing selection criteria and evaluation questions and coordinating with different Human Resource apparatus of the company for the successful completion of the event. • Monitoring, Evaluating and Providing Training on different Organizational Aspects (Industrial Orientation, Policy & Etiquettes Briefing etc.) and various training programs of Trainees and maintaining training calendars. • Developing Trainer & Trainee Performance Evaluation Strategies and Coordinating Evaluation Process. • Transcribing Speech to Text Documents & Report Writing on Observations. • Receiving Industrial & Corporate Training on different processes and aspects of the company.

Participatory Association to Nurture Development Activities (PANDA) is an organizationwhich nurtures activities having positive effects on individuals, society and environment. Wedesign our initiatives in a way which enables the participants own engagement in developmentalactivities. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer my activities include:• Leading a team of enthusiastic youth-based team through integrating organizational vision into activities.• Devising and coordinating all strategic and organizational aspects of the organization and conducting crisis management activities.• Conducting Recruitment, Monitoring and Evaluating and Providing Training on different Organizational Aspects (Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Branding & Identity, Negotiation & Collaboration, Budgeting etc.).• Communicating and managing different stakeholders and upholding organizational integrity.• Devised and lead 6 major flagship social projects and participated in different collaborative initiatives with organizations such as Smartifier Training and Consultation, British Council, Humanitarian Aid etc.• Notable Projects: Youth for Change, Collaboration for Corona Combat (Jointly Organized by 6 organizations lead by PANDA), Weaving Booster (Jointly organized by Probritto), Enlightening Prodigies, Eat to Beat.
