Alabama native, Shay Walker, lives and works out of New Orleans, LA. Shay has acted in lead and supporting roles for Academy Award nominated Benh Zeitlin and the Award Winning Ross Brothers. Both Shay\'s new films debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2020. Shay is now the producer, writer and director of her own true life story titled “The Legend Of Firelily” as well as several native and social justice documentary projects through her partnership with Reel Tasty Media LLC. Shay is also a General Contractor with a specialty license in Mold Remediation, she’s also a licensed commercial and residential inspector for her company Reel Dry Now LLC.
