Responsible for Leading, motivating and Developing employees to achieve the weekly goals. Setup and Assign associates with recipes to prepare on the production floor. Ensuring the days targets and deadlines are met in order for fulfillment department to run smoothly. Liaise with procurement and flag products as they get depleted. Overlook Quality and Automation department. Prepare employee schedules as per business needs and Approve hours for associates. Also monitor employee performance and provide coaching in timely manner. Ensure team follows Safe Work Practice. Ensure pickup times are met. Liaise with Logistics team to push back pick up in case of delays. Overlook Production, Quality, fulfillment and Automation aspects of the business.

Responsible for conducting inspections and correction if necessary, on Goodfood Recipes which includes examining both the quantity and quality of the ingredients, proper labeling of recipes and inspecting storage locations of ingredients. The role further expands into ensuring that proper food safety methods are implemented for preparing and packaging of the recipes
