Sorting packages and handling logistical paperwork for dangerous goods, goods shipped via air and cargo. Reporting errors to onsite supervisor and terminal manager, quality checking and inspecting goods labelled as security threat.

● Facilitate board meetings between local members of ISU with other student and corporate organization at the NMBU.● Represent ISU at various forums in Norway.● Maintain close communication with the National Board members of ISU.● Member of the ISU National Assembly in Oslo.● Participate as an observer when possible in the NMBU Student Parliament, and read the official documents for the Student Parliament Meetings.● Member of the Committee for Inclusion Funds at NMBU.● Communicate with the Student Board and the NMBU administration on issues of international student concern.● Endorse all ISU-NMBU financial decisions.● Responsible for accurate hand-over of all ISU-NMBU documentation to the incoming Board and facilitating them to ease into the organizational structure of ISU.● Signatory for for all ISU-NMBU bank account, and is responsible for the transfer of all ISU-NMBU monies to the incoming Board in co-operation with the Treasurer.

Scheduling and rotating colleagues on a daily basis according to company’s SOP.Monitoring colleague’s performances, handling their appraisals and following up with coaching’s when necessary.Handling ride and evacuation trainings for all the rides.Answering all guest queries regarding the Park, the rides, its specifications and its features.Informing them about the restrictions and safety precautions.Operating sophisticated machines, handling down times, minimizing guest complaints and accommodating all reasonable guest requests.Assisting guests and encouraging them to try all our rides, especially the thrill rides.Inspecting all the rides daily for safety checks and malfunctions and reporting it to OPS and maintenance departments.Monitoring ride areas visually and via CCTV cameras.Responding to emergency situations effectively and reporting any accidents to the line manager in an efficient manner.Identify and escalate any repairs to the maintenance promptly.Collecting useful data for the company by conducting a daily survey from the guests regarding the park and identifying areas of improvement.Handling guest complaints, according to the company’s core process and values.Responsible for safety and evacuation of all the guests in case of emergencies and downtimes.Maintaining records of all colleagues present on their positions, collecting reports by the end of the day and reporting to designated zone team leader.Helping out base team leader to sort out positions of every colleague at the start of the business day based on the daily schedule and responding to any changes due to daily business operations and needs.
