• Monitoring and control of trade receivables for Postpaid, Prepaid, Fixed Line & other APCs based on coordination and reconciliation with stakeholders.• Preparation of credit schedules for all the revenue streams at month-end closing for MOM & YOY analysis and presenting to the management for their review and forecasting.• Implementation of Oracle R12 version for Receivable (AR) Module and delivery of B&C project for interconnect and MNP domain while working with cross-functional teams within Jazz and with EY teams.• Onboarding, dashboard creation and automation of APC (postpaid models) for real-time picture of outstanding receivables and overall credit rating of partners.• Developed understanding of APC Process Workflow end-to-end and help improve workflow through process redesign and efficiency management.• Support regional commercial teams for projects deliveries and end to end final settlement of franchises while working with commercial, AP, Cash Management, EFICS etc. teams.• Automation and continuous improvement activities for receivables reporting and management with prime focus on efficiency of current processes and elimination of lean waste.• Focus on business process improvement to achieve optimum resource utilization and meet deadlines.• Monitoring/Compliance of SLAs to ensure all monthly KPIs and targets are achieved.

• Consolidation and reporting of financial statements of Telenor group units and timely resolution of issues encountered during MEC to ensure accuracy as per group reporting guidelines.• Executed an automation project for migrating Oracle data from AR and Revenue module to Hyperion Financial.• Implemented a continuous improvement project by following up and holding meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of all identified review issues before the next MEC.• Delivery of a project aimed at ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies in the system, while continuously updating it to keep up with new developments. • Successfully delivered a project for the monthly invoicing and subsequent booking in Oracle Modules for Telenor Pakistan and other BUs in the Scandinavian region using Wed ADI.• Delivered project by analyzing revenue, cost and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities using a monthly dashboard. • Maintaining detailed cost-revenue dashboard for presentations at Telenor Group meetings at each month end.

• Issuance of Pay orders, UBPs (utility bills payments), RTGS (Real time Gross Settlement) and the respective fund transfer entry in SAP.• Processing of company’s deposits and returns along with their recording in MIS.• Reporting of daily activity of investments in cash funds of various banks.

Key Responsibilities:• Revenue recognition (ensuring completeness/accuracy/recording) Wi-max and LDI stream.• Revenue assurance activities for WiMAX & LDI segment (Exception Reporting, WiMAX & LDI Bill run verification, Employee analysis, Product mandates, Policy & Credit controls).• Create monthly summaries of products and promotions offered and package plans to proactively reduce the risk of revenue leakages. • Recording of invoices and receipts in ERP oracle along with booking of exchange gains and losses relating to LDI stream (Intl termination, Wholesale, Hubbing zero, Call Center, DID).• Bank reconciliation of LDI receipts• Preparation of bad debts provision (Trade debts USD and PKR Streams)• Preparation of stream wise consolidated LDI summaries.

• Develop research models by analyzing past performance to identify trends, using data-driven insights. • Continuously analyze and interpret data, compare methods, and suggest improvements to management for ongoing process enhancement.• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients including Institutional Investors, Hedge Funds, and Asset Management Firms.• Ensure seamless project delivery by managing both internal resources and third-party vendors in a coordinated manner.
