Successful execution of the License Renewal process of PMCL (Jazz) & Ex-Warid with PTA. Spearheaded multiple projects pertaining to SIM sale process including introduction of Multi-Finger Biometric verification as opposed to previous single finger for curbing Identity & Financial frauds. Successfully launched National Roaming Project on 14th Aug 2024, first of its kind initiative in Pakistan for supporting masses through provision of uninterrupted services in segments of Balochistan.Managing daily operational regulatory challenges along with working closely with the regulator in order to design policies and frameworks in favor of the industry spearheading digital advancements for Pakistan as well.

Among many of the things in the regulatory domain, Few of my exceptional and routine operations are mentioned below.- Management of daily requests and queries from the regulator (PTA).- Analysis and research against consultation papers and their implications to the ongoing operations within the organization.- Establishing and Maintaining key stakeholder relationship in the Govt. sector.- Project management involving documentation and tracking of operational tasks against USF based project won by Jazz.- Management of reports and miscellaneous data compilation and submission to the regulator (PTA)- Quality of Service monitoring of nationwide coverage of the network and low coverage areas reported by the regulator (PTA)- Supporting various internal stakeholders in terms of guidance and assistance in the regulatory environment

- Assistance in financial auditing of commercial and sales of two different sectors- Learnt about warehousing and inventory management via SAP- Submitted final report against financial risk and return against a distributor

- Management of corporate accounts and assistance in book keeping- Handling of various daily operational tasks such as end of day closing and accounts check- Maintaining dashboard of the accounts and their type created during my tenure
