Technology consultant and software developer for a client in the financial sector.Responsibilities include:Leading a team of both onsite and offshore developers to collaborate and develop a web application as per client requirements in the format of a Agile-Waterfall hybrid model.Communicating with the client to gather requirements/changes in requirements, reviews/demos of the application with the client and providing troubleshooting/support to the client in case of application issues. This also includes collaboration with lead BA's and QA's to address any issues/concerns the client may have and to resolve any bugs identified.Project management via collaboration with the Project Manager to maintain internal and external (client facing) schedules, and to provide maximum resource efficiency through analysis based on timelines and cost/work effort required. UI/UX Development through the use of JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular (TypeScript), Bootstrap, CSS and NPM (node.js).DevOps work in relation to implementing and maintaining versioning, automated builds and performance monitoring through the use of tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Git (including BitBucket and Jira), and DynaTrace.Unit testing through the use of Karma test runner and Jasmine framework. In addition, implementation and monitoring of unit tests and code healthiness through the use of SonarQube.

My responsibilities included aiding with the troubleshooting of instructors, staff members and international students regarding hardware and software issues. I also assisted in the installation, deployment and maintenance of computers, printers and other devices on campus. Additionally, I was in charge of creating and managing student accounts and aiding in fixing discrepancies. As a client facing position, the primary expectation was to maintain a friendly and intimate attitude towards clients and to attempt friendly problem resolution with clients posing a language barrier.

My responsibilities included assisting with the analysis and design of a functioning office network and to provide technical support assistance to staff with hardware and software issues on the network.The primary concern was to assist in gathering requirements regarding availability, security and performance issues by communicating with users.
