Completed a formal Competitor Analysis Report:▪ Conducted in-depth research of over 8 different competitors in the UK Holiday Homes and Parks industry through both a marketing and financial lens. Objectives were to observe and report on the (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) of each competitor and build 8 different financial models comparing Lovat Parks to competitors in order to help influence and suggest forthcoming pricing strategies for the company ▪ Compiled financial strategy and marketing findings into a formal Competitor Review Slide Deck of over 100 slides and presented the report to the company at the end of the internship.
