Embracing a professional role with over 10 years of leadership experience as a Lead Pre-Kindergarten teacher. Partnering and communicating with parents and other educators with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for learners. With the opportunity to grow professionally, I plan to provide services in assisting staff to develop and effectively improve the quality services as well as developing plans and programs to maximize the enrichment of children attending different facilities. In addition, my expertise in early childhood learning, has allowed me to develop groups and social networking with teachers within the country. Spreading knowledge and encouraging others to be an asset to early childhood learning is just a testimony of my body of work. I am now interested in making similar contributions to benefit on another side of education.
